Asia Green Development Sdn Bhd senior marketing manager Susie Loh said the high-end residential development has 23 three and four-storey luxurious villas. “Besides its tropical style and lavish layout designs, the villas, set against the backdrop of green rolling hills and fronting the sea, are indeed auspicious from the feng shui perspective,” she said. Sprawling over 2.42ha of prime freehold land, the villas are priced from RM2.8mil onwards. The land area of these villas ranges from 418sq m to 1,200sq m. A show villa has been built at the site and is now available for viewing. |
Loh said seven units have been sold and the project is scheduled for completion by August next year.
Another distinctive development that the company is pursuing is the Asia Hills Courtyard Villas in Bukit Jambul.
Loh said the exclusive gated and guarded residential enclave offers 50 courtyard villas with five tropical designs, adding that land area of the units range from 279sq m to 649sq m.
They are priced RM1.5mil on-wards. A show villa is being built at the site and will be available for viewing in November,
The two projects are among several which will be showcased at the fair.
