The group is represented in Malaysia by Henry Butcher Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. which started from a humble Kuala Lumpur office of 4 in 1987 to what is now a nationwide network of offices throughout Malaysia with a staff strength numbering more than 400.

Our Penang Team
Penang team is led by Dr. Teoh Poh Huat. He is a chartered surveyor, registered valuer, property manager and estate agent officially recognized by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia. He is also a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK), a Fellow of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia and a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
Dr Teoh is assisted by experienced senior managers and executives with multidisciplinary skills and backgrounds. Our combined staff strength is 40 with Mr Shawn Ong, Vice President heading the Asset Valuation, Research & Consultancy Department. Ms Helen Tan is the Vice President of International Business Development. Other key personnel includes Ms Angeline Woo & Mr Law Beng Yeow who are our Senior Business Development Managers, Mr Jerry Loke as our Assistant Finance Manager and Mr Steven Gooi holding the position as Business Relationship Manager.
Our Penang office is still ever-expanding to cater for the needs to service our wide networks of customers nationally and worldwide. Some of our negotiators also speak foreign languages such as German, Japanese, Mandarin and Indonesian.
